A prominent organisation in the Finance Industry is seeking an experienced executive to lead its Finance and Accounting Function. The selected individual will ensure financial integrity and drive excellence across accounting, budgeting, treasury, reporting, and procurement. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to the Board and executive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver accurate, IFRS-compliant financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, treasury, and procurement operations.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Advise executive leadership and present key metrics to the Board.
• Drive governance, policy development, and financial transparency.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA or equivalent; MBA/Finance Master’s a plus.
• 8+ years in progressive financial leadership, including 3+ years in procurement or cross-functional oversight.
• 3+ years preparing published accounts.
• Experience managing large teams and reporting to Boards and regulators.
• Integrity, accountability, and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
