Finance Officer

We are looking for a Finance Officer to support day-to-day financial operations at both the country office and field levels. This role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, proper documentation of expenditures and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. They contribute to financial accountability, audit readiness and operational efficiency across program and support functions.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Transaction Processing
  • Cash & Bank Management 
  • Financial Reporting Support
  • Payroll Support 
  • Compliance & Documentation 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain a personal relationship with and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Three or more years’ experience in this field
  • Experience with cash management and reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
