Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER
Type of Position: Full Time
Reports To: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must have at minimum a BSc in Accounting or BSc in Management (with concentration in accounting).
- Must have achieved the ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent designation.
- Must have experience in the preparation of financial statements.
- Must have at least 5 years’ supervisory skills and experience, Reporting Standards (IFRS) an asset
- Proven track record of delivering value added improvement to the financial function.
- Strong managerial, interpersonal, training, leadership, communication and coaching skills required.
- Hands-on experience in SAGE (Peachtree) or database accounting computer application system required.
- Hands-on experience with Audit procedures, taxation and regulatory reporting considered an asset.
