Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is required to support the Head of Finance in managing and reporting on the financial assets and resources of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting
• Assist with review of monthly financial results and the preparation of monthly variance reporting
• Review online payments to local and overseas suppliers
• Manage the process to calculate, report and pay company taxes
• Assist with the preparation and evaluation of Project Proposals from the Business Development Team
• Assist with the coordination of the Company’s external audit process
• Manage the company’s process for raw materials costing
• Assist in evaluating costs and efficiency of the Company’s purchasing activities
• Prepare documents and interpret financial information regarding costs improvements and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products
• Assist with the preparation of Consolidated Financial Reports
• Assist with preparing reports to ensure compliance with banking covenants for Company’s credit facilities
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures to minimize loss of inventory
• Any other relevant duties assigned

Education/Training & Experience

• ACCA/CPA or MSc. in accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• At least four (4) years’ management experience in Accounting/Finance at a Senior Level
• Practical Audit Experience
