Capita Financial Services Inc. is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead its Finance Division and play a central role in shaping the organization's financial direction and long-term strategy.

Finance Manager - Capita Financial Services Inc.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing all financial management, analysis, reporting, and compliance across Capita and its affiliated companies. The Finance Manager will act as a key business partner to the CEO, CFO, and Board — ensuring financial integrity, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in line with the Group’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Oversee annual account closure, capital financing, and fixed asset management in compliance with Group standards and IFRS.
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial and management reports that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, opportunities, and emerging risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess affordability, value for money, and long-term sustainability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Finance team, fostering excellence, engagement, and continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements, including VAT and capital adequacy ratios.
  • Oversee investment portfolios to optimize returns while maintaining prudent risk management.
  • Manage departmental operations including deposits, foreign exchange, and stock brokerage activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard financial integrity and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Professional accounting designation (ACCA, CGA, CPA) and membership in a recognized accounting body.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years’ post-qualification experience in a senior financial management or leadership role within the financial services sector.
  • Proven success in financial planning, management reporting, business analysis, and systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and Boards on strategic financial matters.
  • Skilled in team leadership, organizational change, and developing high-performing finance professionals.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
