The Finance Administrator will support the Operations Director, Head of Middle Office, and CFO in executing key finance-related and operational activities.

KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire a talented, highly motivated Finance Administrator to support its Middle Office and firm-wide finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration & Billing

  • Review Work in Progress (WIP) on a bi-weekly and month-end basis and process write-offs as required
  • Prepare and issue interim and final client bills
  • Follow up on accounts receivable exceeding 30 days via email and telephone
  • Provide monthly updates on billing and accounts receivable status to the Operations Director, Head of Middle Office, and CFO
  • Meet with directors, partners, and managers on an ad-hoc basis to resolve billing and receivables queries

Client & Internal Communication

  • Monitor and manage the “check box” for client statements
  • Respond to client queries related to statements and oversee the associated inbox
  • Maintain effective communication with internal team members across all levels of the firm

Operational Support

  • Provide back-up support to Middle Office team members during absences across all functional areas
  • Assist the Operations Director with ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of client and internal firm information at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services or audit environment (preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage tasks from initiation to completion
  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality

Compensation and benefits are very competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
