Filing Clerk will be responsible for organizing, storing, and retrieving company documents, and records in a structured and secure manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role involves maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately labelled, filed, and easily accessible.
  •  Sorting and categorizing documents
  • Updating records
  • Archiving outdated files
  • Responding to requests for information.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum five (5) C.X.C. subjects

            Or

          High school student seeking a summer job opportunity

 

  • A minimum of six (6) months experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with filing systems would be an asset.
  • Confidentiality and accuracy are essential in handling sensitive company information.
