We’re looking for a skilled Field Services Associate to provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot systems, and ensure seamless tech operations across the Caribbean. Ideal for a hands-on professional with strong networking and Microsoft expertise.

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Services Associate to join their team. This role is critical in supporting client environments, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery both remotely and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and remote IT support to law firm clients across Barbados and the wider Caribbean.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues.
  • Implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated issues and project deployments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, tickets, and resolutions.
  • Train and assist end users on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours/on-call rotations for critical issues.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or field engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Canada.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft (MCSA/Modern Desktop), or Cisco (CCNA) are an asset.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity tools and practices is a benefit.
