Amplia Communications Limited is seeking to recruit an energetic, knowledgeable, passionate and people focused leader to join our dynamic Field Sales team.

JOB SUMMARY

The Field Sales Agent Supervisor - Managed Services will supervise and direct a team of territory Field Sales Agents in the selling of AMPLIA’s Managed Services suite of product and services to potential customers. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving the defined sales targets and for the implementation of business strategies in the identified geographic territory within Trinidad and Tobago.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in keeping with the Company’s Customer Service Philosophy.
  • Support the design and execution of sales strategies and action plans to maximise growth potential within the field sales channel.
  • Lead and motivate the Field Sales Team to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned geographic areas.
  • Coach, guide, and develop team members to achieve individual and team sales targets in alignment with company objectives. 
  • Provide timely support and direction to Field Sales Teams on escalations, customer issues, and operational guidance. 
  • Oversee and manage Field Sales Operations to ensure consistency with company policies, standards, and goals. 
  • Drive achievement of area KPIs and sales targets through effective performance management and resource optimisation. 
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Analyse sales performance and productivity at both team and individual levels, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and assess the brand’s market share and performance relative to competitors. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure opportunities for Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Community Sales initiatives, in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities. 
  • Perform other related duties as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales environment, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role. 
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry would be considered an asset. 
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills. 
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s Permit.
  • Must have daily access to a reliable vehicle
