POSITION : FIELD & DIGITAL SALES MANAGER

Objective:

To lead, coordinate, and execute the company’s digital and field marketing strategies, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion into approved loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily field marketing activities and routes
  • Oversee live streaming campaigns on TikTok and Instagram
  • Supervise the Live Sales Host Agent, Content Creator, and Graphic Artist
  • Track and analyze leads, engagement, and conversion performance
  • Coordinate with loan officers for follow-up and closing
  • Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and scripts
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
  • Build partnerships with companies and community groups
  • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or microfinance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset
