Responsible for the preventive maintenance of all warehouse facilities and equipment.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or Trade School. Degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Skills Associated:
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in the technical maintenance field.
- Knowledge of maintenance equipment and forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair fixtures, structures and equipment in the Club.
- Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
- Attend to both, minor and major upkeep of defective equipment and conducts weekly fogging.
- Adheres to prevention, safety and security regulations and procedures by utilizing the security equipment provided.
- Assists in special club projects such as marketing, banners, installation of accessories, etc.
- Complies with the maintenance and repairs of the facilities as well as the Club.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify faults or safety hazards.
- Maintaining records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Performing routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
