Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Manages and controls low cost operations programmes and ensures that all cleaning, maintenance and repairs of equipment, facilities and its surroundings are performed according to company standards and procedures.

• Manages the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensures the asset base is up to date.
• Identifies, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment
• Together with Maintenance staff, performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions in our electronic CMMS database, providing action plans and status report as needed. 
• Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure and unsafe conditions and communicates to the Club Manager and Regional Facilities Manager
• Ensures that all works performed meets required codes based on local and international safety standards and in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Ensures spare parts are in stock
• Supports the Regional Facilities and Maintenance Manager in all capital expense (CAPEX) projects
• Acts as Liaison with contracted personnel or third party contractors
