The Facilities & Maintenance Administrator will ensure all financial, maintenance and reporting requirements are met through strategic planning and execution based on the department’s goals and objectives.
Supreme Ventures Services limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify a Supervisor - Fleet Management.
The Fleet Management Supervisor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of the
preventative maintenance schedule for the company’s fleet, toll management and advance card management.
Key areas of focus include, but not limited to:
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff of all level.
- Interact with external clients
- Ensure all service providers/ contractors adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule
- Generate purchase requisitions as per procurement rules and guidelines
- Ensure notifications to staff and security are given with adequate time prior to preventative maintenance works and projects executed at all facilities.
- Ensure all department records are stored both electronically and hard copy.
- Track and monitor all contracts with our service providers and contractors.
- Provide administrative support for the department
- Coordinate the work of contractors
Reporting Requirements for the Facilities and Maintenance Department
- Monthly
- Monthly OpEx reports outlining tasks executed on all owned and leased properties across the island
- Monthly CapEx reports outlining status updates on all projects across the island
- Quarterly
- Quarterly OpEx reports outlining tasks executed on all owned and leased properties across the island
- Quarterly CapEx reports outlining status updates on all projects across the island
- Annually
- Annual OpEx reports outlining tasks executed on all owned and leased properties across the island
- Annual CapEx reports outlining status updates on all projects across the island
Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities & Transport Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate Degree/ Certificate in Business Studies or other relevant areas of studies
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant.
- 4 years experience as Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in computer skills and in-dept knowledge of Microsoft Applications, specifically Outlook
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Experience in ACCPAC/Hyperion system would be asset
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary (gross per annum): JMD$1,819,000.00
