Our operations depend on efficient facilities management to ensure smooth workflows, safety, and productivity. We are looking for a dedicated Facilities & Security Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain and improve our facility's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.

• Directs the maintenance, repair, security and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles within the annual budget

• Coordinates and supervise preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manages a team of facilities associates, maintenance technicians, and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with operations, security, and logistics teams to support seamless workflows.
• Manages vendor relationships and contracts for repairs, equipment servicing, and supplies procurement.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with technical training in plant engineering/plant maintenance, electrical and HVAC or equivalent qualification.
• At least five (5) years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of building systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
