Office Attendant (Part-Time)

 

We are seeking to fill the role of an Office Attendant; the successful candidate should be people oriented with a pleasant personality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Clean offices, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms, and hallways
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
  • Empty wastepaper/garbage bins
  • Transport trash to waste disposal equipment
  • Dust and polish wooden office furniture
  • Replenish restroom supplies
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • School Leaving Certificate or,
  • 2 CSEC subject
  • 1-2 years in general office hygiene and maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good oral communication and written Communication
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)
