FP&A Analyst

We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and offering strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning & Accounting Analyst at BLEWSTREAM ECOSYSTEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, developing forecasts, preparing reports, and offering strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyse financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Support corporate strategy initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and investment evaluations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, databases, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
