The College President is required to manage the overall functions of the Institute to ensure the delivery of quality training programmes and the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance.

The College President is required to manage the overall functions of the Institute to ensure the delivery of quality training programmes and the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance.

Qualification:

  • Master’s or Doctoral  Degree in Education, Education/Business Administration or related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in education administration, promoting, designing  and implementing instructional and development programs
  • Considerable knowledge of basic principles, methods, and techniques involved in the development and administration of training programmes.
  • Working knowledge of curriculum design and assessment 
  • Ability to evaluate instructional programmes and teaching effectiveness
  • An understanding of Technical Vocation Education and Training (TVET) is an asset

 Experience

  • Senior level administration experience, background in for-profit execution, business management or corporate leadership.

Skills

  • Strong skills in financial analysis, operational leadership, regulatory compliance and strategic planning.

-       To ensure fiscal performance and sustainability

  • Strategic Leadership

-       Implements the strategic plan to achieve both academic and business goals.

 Regulatory and Accreditation

  • Compliance: ensures ongoing compliance with educational and accrediting bodies.

 Enrollment and Marketing Management

  • Drive student population growth by overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.

 Educational Leadership

  • Hires, supervises and evaluates senior staff and faculty to ensure high-quality operations.

 Ambassador to the College

  • Represent the college to stakeholders, government bodies and potential partners.
