FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER 

The food and beverage manager is responsible for managing operations of all food and beverage outlets to deliver an excellent guest experience. He or she will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Managing all food and beverage outlets.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
• Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are required to guide the department to excellence.

Qualification and Experience:

• College or university degree in hospitality management and/or equivalent experience/education.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ progressive experience in food & beverage management in a first-class hotel, at least one (1) of which in the position of Food & beverage manager.
• Food Handler’s Permit
• Computer literate with knowledge of computer applications and software.
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded.
• International experience would be an advantage.
• The ability to work under pressure
