A large retail chain is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food and Beverage Manager with exceptional leadership skills to oversee its Deli and Bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Deli and Bakery operations comply with industry standards and are maintained at the highest level of quality and service.
• Lead and develop Bakery and Deli teams through effective recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Establish operational targets, work schedules, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, productivity, and operational results.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality across all locations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Food Service Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in Food Service Management.
• Demonstrated experience in food and beverage operations management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and recipe development.
• Customer service-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours as required.
• Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must own a reliable motor vehicle.
• Must be willing to travel island-wide.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
