FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing repairs to electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Providing service and customer support during field visits and dispatches
• Operating company vehicles in a safe manner
• Providing timely and detailed service reports for each job using company's procedures
• Building positive relationships with customers through excellent service.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering and Computing
• At least one year experience and exposure to electrical installation
• Valid General Driver’s License
• Must have passes in Mathematics and English A
• Willing to travel for work
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Strong computer skills
• Good customer service skills
