We’re Hiring: F&B / General Manager Assistant
Location: Antigua | Full-Time | Luxury Boutique Hotel

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for service and operations?

Our luxury boutique hotel in Antigua is looking for an experienced F&B / GM Assistant to support both the Food & Beverage Department and General Manager. This role requires hands-on leadership, sharp organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations
• Support food cost control and inventory management
• Source and negotiate with high-quality local and international suppliers
• Assist with menu planning and seasonal updates
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Coordinate events and support promotional initiatives
• Assist the GM with daily operations, reporting, and departmental coordination
• Lead and support F&B staff to ensure top-tier guest experience

• Participate in management meetings, provide administrative oversight, and serve as liaison between departments when the GM is unavailable.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of F&B or hotel operations experience
• Strong skills in supplier management and food cost control
• Fluent in English, computer literate, and detail-oriented
• Flexible, proactive, and team-focused
• Available to start immediately
