Inventory & Export Logistics Head

Location: Otaheite Industrial Estate, South Oropouche
The Export Warehouse Department ensures smooth flow of goods for international markets, bridging manufacturing, logistics, and compliance with global trade standards.
Position Purpose: Lead export warehouse operations with focus on inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, technology adoption, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Key Relationships:
Internal: Production Managers, VP Logistics, VP Supply Chain — ensure goods meet shipment deadlines, packaging standards, and export compliance.
External: Customs, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders — manage clearance, documentation, and transport logistics.
Stock Accuracy: Implement inventory controls, audits, and corrective actions.
Stock Rotation: Optimize rotation to reduce expiration/obsolescence.
Expense Management: Develop budgets, identify savings, and manage costs.
Technology: Evaluate and integrate warehouse systems; train staff.
Customer Centricity: Ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment; uphold SLAs.
Talent Development: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team.
Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and process enhancements.
Health & Safety: Enforce HSE compliance to minimize incidents.
Other Duties: As assigned.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business (preferred)
Proven warehouse management experience, ideally export-focused
