The Export Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the export process across regional markets. This role ensures timely order fulfilment, accurate reporting, and strong distributor relationships to drive sales growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
 
  • Coordinate and manage all export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Actively work with the suppliers, logistics providers, and internal supply chain teams to streamline processes for a smooth flow.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with distributors, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
  • Assist with export documentation.
  • Monitor shipments and track delivery status, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
  • Support the planning of export schedules based on demand forecasts and stock availability.
  • Assist in resolving logistics or documentation issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and correspondence for reporting purposes.
  • Actively collaborate with the suppliers on logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth processes and timely delivery of stock.
  • Assist and support the achievement of sales targets to ensure we supply the logistics of all distributors needs and ensure they receive product required.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to optimize logistics and ensure smooth export operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels with distributors to maintain optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or overstocking.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in export coordination, sales, or distribution would be an asset. 

OTHER CERTIFICATION:

  • Must hold a valid Trinidad and Tobago Class 3 Driver’s Permit. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability and willingness to travel internationally, regionally and throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle.
