Experienced Vehicle Dismantler & Skilled Tradesman

Bermuda Motors is seeking a Vehicle Dismantler and Skilled Tradesman, who will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of vehicles, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and body work.

Job Requirements:
• To work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• To dismantle vehicles to individual job specifications. This includes precise and efficient
mechanical adjustments, alignments, and calibrations as necessary.
• Understand technical work and work with a team for training, diagnosis, and guidance
• Complete basic services, road test vehicles, and learn and progress self-certification in
Hybrid & EV vehicles
• Attention to detail in all aspects of strip and build and be methodical and organized in
your approach.
• Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and techniques to disassemble and reassemble
vehicle parts, ensuring proper fit and function.
• To ensure all removed parts such as damaged mechanical components are kept in one
area and any parts that require preparation prior to painting or repair are placed
together in the prep area, clearly marked.
• Repair or replace damaged components, including upholstery, dashboards, door panels,
and interior/exterior parts
• Replace and fitting of vehicle tires
• Labelling and assist in storing parts
• Training other staff as required
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, their parts, and time spent on each job.
• To be accountable, maintain cleanliness and order of your workspace and ensure safety
protocols are maintained.
