Our client in the Port of Spain area is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Manage monthly grocery orders and quarterly stationery supply requests.
Handle internal and external departmental mail.
Coordinate conference room bookings.
Organize all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transport, per diem, and documentation.
Prepare detailed travel packages in advance of travel.
Assist with fortnightly Crew Change scheduling.
Provide logistical support for meetings (IT setup, printed materials, etc.).
Generate Service Orders and Service Entry Orders via SAP (as required).
Handle document preparation, photocopying, binding, and filing.
Offer general administrative support to staff and managers.
Maintain manager calendars and meeting schedules.
Provide relief for other administrative staff when needed.
Undertake any other related administrative duties.
Secretarial Diploma, ABE Diploma, or related certification.
5–8 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with records management systems.
Experience with SAP (an asset).
Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
French language skills are an asset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and suggest process improvements.
