Executive Sous Chef
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to serve as a key leader in our culinary operations. Working alongside and supporting the Head Chef, you will help orchestrate the kitchen team in delivering world-class dining experiences that reflect our brand’s sophistication and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in managing all culinary operations across dining venues, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and brand identity.
Collaborate on menu innovation, incorporating seasonal ingredients, local influences, and guest feedback.
Engage with guests, particularly VIPs, to personalize dining experiences.
Lead, train, and inspire a diverse culinary team to achieve excellence.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
Assist in cost management, inventory control, and supplier negotiations.
Oversee culinary execution for luxury weddings, corporate functions, and high-profile events.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
5–7 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in menu design, fine dining, and large-scale banquet service.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, contemporary gastronomy, and plating artistry.
Exceptional guest service skills with a polished, professional presence.
