The Mango Bay Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Executive Governance & Operations Lead to oversee governance frameworks, streamline operational processes, and ensure organizational compliance with industry standards. This pivotal role will report directly to the Group Director of Risk, Compliance & Service Quality and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple senior leaders
• Act as Board Secretary for the Mango Bay Group and its Committees, as assigned.
• Design and maintain structured communication pathways between the Board, Executive, and operational teams.
• Lead the mapping and documentation of end-to-end governance, administrative, and executive support processes.
• Provide coordination and reporting support for Group-wide projects and initiatives, particularly within governance, risk, compliance, and service quality.
• Provide training and guidance on workplace issues to management and staff.
