Executive Assistant to the Group CEO
A reputable and innovative business group headquartered in Kingston is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. This role provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and technical support to the Founder and CEO’s Office, ensuring efficient management of priorities, meetings, communication, and special projects across the organization.
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Group CEO.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and official documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate and document meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Maintain organized filing systems and tracking mechanisms for projects and correspondence.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Support the coordination of corporate events, conferences, and engagements.
Perform other related duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s Office.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
High ethical standards, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
