Executive Assistant to the Group CEO

A reputable and innovative business group headquartered in Kingston is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. This role provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and technical support to the Founder and CEO’s Office, ensuring efficient management of priorities, meetings, communication, and special projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Group CEO.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and official documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate and document meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and tracking mechanisms for projects and correspondence.

  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Support the coordination of corporate events, conferences, and engagements.

  • Perform other related duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s Office.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing executive-level administrative support.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
