The Executive Assistant is a multi-skilled role that delivers value in three distinct delivery areas: efficient co-ordination, driving administration & project management.

The Executive Assistant is expected to be proactive, commercially aware, discrete and seamless executive support in the following areas: Retail, Retail Centre, Customer Support, Draw Operations & Acropolis Gaming & Lounge.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure various administrative tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner, including copying, reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls when requested and maintaining department records
  • Responsible for the timely flow of information within the Company
  • Prepare responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence
  • Maintain managers’ appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Request and, monitor stationery and other supplies for the Department
  • Attend and participate in company functions and events, as required
  • Provide assistance with inventory management
  • Process requisitions for payment of vendors/suppliers
  • Maintain library/storage of marketing materials
  • Assist with tracking and maintenance of Marketing calendar
  • Prepare presentations as required

  • Ensures best practice technology, tools and systems are in place to optimize related processes and drive business insights through big data and analytics.
  • Stays abreast of emerging tech trends to ensure that the Gaming Operations & Commercial function and its supporting technology evolves as needed.

Qualification & Experience 

  • Associates degree or higher in Business, Marketing or similar discipline
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in an Administrative position would be an asset
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team and the organization, as a whole
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry are an asset.
