About the Role

This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating client engagements, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality proposals, reports, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, partners, consultants, and suppliers
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Compile and format bid submissions, client reports, and presentation materials
  • Ensure consistency in document quality, branding, and formatting standards
  • Utilize digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace) to support virtual collaboration
  • Create and manage forms and data collection tools to support projects
  • Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and scheduling across time zones
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple engagements
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, workshops, and events
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Provide administrative and light analytical support, including tracking basic KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in consulting or a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and multi-stakeholder communication
