We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our client’s senior management team.

 

*Please note that only suitably qualified candidates in Barbados will be considered 

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Organize and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of company events, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage information flow and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative transactions efficiently.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
