The duties and responsibilities are considered varied, specialized administrative work involving problem solving and decision-making. Independent judgment is exercised in performing specialized functions within general guidelines and policies.

Our client wants to fill the position of an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
1 YEAR CONTRACT , $10K MONTHLY
The incumbent in this position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage an active calendar of appointments; schedule meetings and prepare agenda; prioritize inquiries and requests and make judgements and
recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately take
messages
Open, sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes and other correspondence
Draft and prepare letters, reports and other general correspondence
File and maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and
reports
Prepare and compile documents for meeting
Record minutes of meeting as required
Assist with special projects and presentations for meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip
itineraries
Maintain confidentiality of the CEO’s office
Performs other related work as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
APS certificate or Associate Degree in Management or any other equivalent
qualification
Five (5) years providing administrative support to upper-level management.

Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

and representatives of other agencies
