The Casual Event Staff at Le Rêve Conference Centre is responsible for providing on-site operational and guest support during events. This role assists with setup, breakdown, and client support during events, to ensure a seamless and professional event experience.

Event Setup and Breakdown:

  • Assist with setting up and dismantling of tables and chairs.

 

Guest Services:

  • Welcome and direct guests in a professional and courteous manner.

 

Event Support:

  • Provide on-the-ground support to the Event Coordinator and vendors during events.
     
  • Respond promptly to guest or client requests.
  • Assist vendors with any queries as it pertains to event setup / breakdown.

 

Venue Monitoring:

  • Ensure event spaces remain tidy, organized, and presentable during events.
  • Cleaning in some instances will be required.
     

Health and Safety:
 

  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately.
