The Equipment Technician II carry out medium level, equipment testing and service calls where needed and repairs and maintenance of gaming machines in accordance to the policy of Supreme Route Limited, and by extension Supreme Ventures Group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily preparation of gaming machine equipment needed for installation.
- Works with the Technicians to have the Installation and removal of gaming machines done as needed.
- Undertake medium level repairs and maintenance of gaming machines has instructed
- Follow all company filed procedures and protocols.
- Provide overall support to the Installation Technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of English, Mathematics
- Diploma or higher in electrical installation and or computer repairs.
- A valid driver’s license (2 years or older).
- Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry are an asset
