Equipment Technician I

The Equipment Technician I is responsible for the day-to-day invoicing of customers, monitoring and optimizing efficiency as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance of gaming machines in accordance to the policy of Supreme Route Limited, and by extension Supreme Ventures Group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Print off weekly period audit tickets at locations and invoice accordingly on a weekly basis
• Collecting cash based on invoicing and adequately securing same until delivery to head office
• Reconcile cash collected from locations with accounting clerk on a weekly basis
• Provide minor repairs and maintenance to gaming machines such as; replacing green key switch, paper rolls and printers.
•  Report any major gaming machine repairs needed to department head for proper dispatch to tech team
•  Main liaison between office and Customers.
• Provide weekly updates on observation/improvement of customer locations
• Ensure that company motor vehicle is kept in proper running condition in accordance with the motor vehicle hand over agreement

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Four (4) CSEC subjects inclusive of English, Mathematics
• Diploma or certificate in electrical installation and or computer repairs
• Must hold a general driver’s license or above at least 3 years old
• Skilled in the handling of computer equipment
