Manage equipment leasing files from application to funding. Review documentation for compliance, handle PPSA registrations and lien searches, resolve broker/sales issues, and conduct audit calls. Requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and professional communication.

We are looking for an Equipment Leasing Fulfillment Officer to join our team. You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting originators in terms of applications, funding, communication to achieve established SLA’s in terms of turnaround time, accuracy including system usage. 
  • Accurate review of documentation for compliance and adherence within business risk tolerance parameters.
  • Duties include Register PPSA, pull lien searches and advise sales representatives of required waivers.
  • Ensure the deficiency process is followed and consistently address outstanding items within the SLA requirement.
  • Liaise with broker partners where required on specific transactions and in general to support the originator relationship. 
  • Problem-solving and tactfully handling challenging interactions with Brokers. By efficiently deescalating complaints from brokers and internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity always.
  • Complete audit calls to verify lease information.
  • Understand Vaults business and the process and policies and auditing guidelines.
  • Integrate new processes and procedures, including adopting and applying system automation.
  • Timely escalation when issues arise and proactive follow-up to resolve issues.
  • Share process improvement recommendations to your Team Lead.
  • Be a positive team player.
