ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager to plan, lead, and deliver high-quality entertainment programs that enhance guest satisfaction and showcase the vibrant culture of Jamaica. This role oversees entertainment teams, performers, and productions, ensuring engaging guest experiences, operational efficiency, and full alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily and evening entertainment programs that blend Jamaican culture with international guest appeal.
  • Lead, train, and schedule entertainment staff and performers, including local artists.
  • Enhance guest experience through engaging shows, activities, and special events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venues, sound, lighting, costumes, and schedules.
  • Manage entertainment budgets, contracts, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with Jamaican labor laws, safety standards, and resort brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote entertainment offerings.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve programs.

 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality management; luxury all-inclusive resort experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership of entertainment teams, large-scale productions, and budgets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, live entertainment, and event logistics.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hospitality or Events Management qualification is an asset.
