We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk & Compliance Officer who will be responsible for assisting with enterprise risk identification and monitoring, asset loss prevention, regulatory compliance, governance support, and audit preparation.

The successful candidate will help maintain the enterprise risk register, track incidents and remediation actions, support policy and control documentation, and prepare reports for management and governance committees. This position is suited to a professional with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence and integrity.

About the Role:

The Enterprise Risk & Compliance Officer supports enterprise-wide risk management and compliance activities, helping to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organization. The role maintains the risk register, tracks incidents and remediation actions, supports audits and policy documentation, and prepares reports for management. The incumbent works with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, prevent asset loss, and support governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Functions

  • Support enterprise risk identification, assessment, and monitoring activities
  • Maintain and update the Enterprise Risk Register, including risk ratings and mitigation actions
  • Assist with preparation of risk reports for management and governance committees
  • Track asset loss incidents and support asset protection initiatives
  • Support internal and external audit activities and documentation requests
  • Assist with maintaining policies, procedures, and internal control documentation
  • Monitor remediation actions arising from risk assessments, incidents, and audits
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery documentation and testing records
  • Maintain vendor due diligence records and assist with contract and third-party risk reviews
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance function and respond to related queries

  • Highly organized, comfortable management of multiple priorities independently, and skilled at compiling and analyzing data to produce clear reports for management.
  • Effective communication across all levels of the organization, works collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Associate or undergraduate degree (at minimum) or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 4 years’ experience in enterprise risk, audit, or compliance-related role with administrative responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and application of enterprise risk management and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
