To conduct market and competitor analysis and to develop competitive solution for Enterprise products & solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Strategy & Management: Own and manage portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts from initial engagement through renewal and expansion.
Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by identifiying new business opportunities, driving upsells and expanding existing contracts.
Stakeholder Engaement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement teams and end users across enterprise clients deliver customized solutions tht address specific business challenges.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation of complex deals, including pricing, terms, SLAs, and service agreements.
Customer Success Alignment : Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, retention and expansion.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry-specific challenges affecting enterprise customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce); forecast accurately, and report performance regularly.
Cross-funtional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, legal and finance teams to support deal execution and customer onboarding.
Leverage Bilingual Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate seamlessly with both HQ leadership team in China and oversea customer counterparts -using Manadarin (written & spoken) and English for global coordination
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field: MBA preferred.
5 years+ of enterprise sales experience, ideally in Saas, cloud, AI, IoT, or industrial tech- with a focus on China-to-global solutions.
Native or near native Mandarin + fluent English (written and spoken) - with proven ability to communicate in both Chinese and English in a professional setting.
Demonstrated success in closing complex, ICT based enterprise projects with international clients.
Experience working with Chinese tech startups, manufacturing firms, or innovation hubs is a major plus
