BISHOP ANSTEY HIGH SCHOOL EAST & TRINITY COLLEGE EAST (SIXTH FORM)

ROLE AND CORE FUNCTIONS

The incumbent is required to teach English Literature/Communication Studies to Sixth Form (VI) students in accordance with the approved curriculum. Duties include monitoring the progress of students, effective classroomsupervision and guidance to ensure the all-round development of students.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject area from an accredited University.
• Familiarity with the respective Subject Syllabus.
• Diploma in Education will be an asset.
• A Teacher’s registration number
• Assessed as a TIII by The Ministry of Education
• A minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the respective form level is essential.
• Experience in the use of technology in the classroom is essential.
