The Employee Relations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Human Resource Manager and operational teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, best practises and labour laws while maintaining positive relationships between employees and management.

The incumbent will act as a mediator, advisor and coach to address employee concerns, resolve disputes and support employee engagement initiatives.
