Labor Relations & Union Management: Lead negotiations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Legal & Compliance Support: Collaborate with legal teams to navigate labour law matters and maintain adherence to regulations.
Strategic Employee Relations Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and promote a positive work environment.
Restructuring & Organizational Change Management: Support leaders during organizational changes, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.
Tracking, Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular updates to leadership on employee relations matters.
