Associated Manufacturers Limited is seeking skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in a fast-paced food processing plant in St. Ann. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in the plant ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

This role requires a hands-on professional with technical expertise to perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, machinery & systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults and implement effective solutions. Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications:

• An NCTVET Level 3 graduate / or Diploma in Process Electronics
• 3- 5 years of experience in an electrical role 

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting electrical issues
• Proficiency in PLC programming
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the food industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to read and interpret technical documents
• Be proficient with a variety of electrical testing equipment
