Course Overview: 

The modern Facilities Manager needs proficiency in a number of specialist skills in order to generate a positive impact on organisations. This involves a coordinated approach to maintaining, improving and adapting an organisation’s built assets so as to create a working environment which is supportive to the primary function of that organisation.

The facilities management profession is undergoing consistent and rapid growth worldwide; meeting the challenging demands of modern organisations through innovation Bsc in Facilities Management develops competencies and skills to enable its graduates to manage facilities effectively for a changing business world.

Graduates from the course will gain the skills necessary to fully realise the potential of facilities management, the abilities to plan effectively in a changing economic climate, and the aptitude to move forward in terms of sustainability, energy management and a low carbon future.
