ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

A reputable company seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer with at least three (3) years’ experience in electrical systems, maintenance, and technical sales. The successful candidate will manage installations and service operations while helping to develop new clients and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, control panels, and equipment.

• Conduct technical site assessments and prepare detailed reports, quotations, and proposals.

• Engage potential clients, promote the company’s engineering services, and contribute to new business development.

• Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cost-effective, energy-efficient, and reliable solutions.

• Oversee small to medium-scale projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in electrical engineering, project management, or technical sales.

• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development, or solution selling.

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, drives, and automation is an asset.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.

• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel islandwide.
