Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial E-commerce Operations Manager / B2B Specialist to build and scale our e-commerce business from the ground up. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in operations, digital commerce, and B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives with minimal supervision, takes ownership of projects, and creates efficient systems that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Development & Operations
- Build and manage the company’s e-commerce infrastructure, including product listings, payment gateways, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
- Implement automation and AI-driven tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
B2B Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute B2B strategies to secure wholesale, distributor, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand market reach.
Project & Process Management
- Establish and optimize workflows for product sourcing, order processing, inventory management, and delivery.
- Set KPIs to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
Marketing & Data Analysis
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce operations with digital campaigns.
- Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to inform strategy.
- Use data insights to drive product, pricing, and channel decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years proven experience building and managing e-commerce businesses (startup or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of B2B commerce, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and AI-powered platforms.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
