Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators

We are seeking responsible, skilled, and safety-conscious Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators to support our construction operations across multiple sites.

Job Summary:

We are seeking responsible, skilled, and safety-conscious Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators to support our construction operations across multiple sites. The successful candidates will be tasked with transporting materials, operating vehicles and heavy equipment, and assisting with site-related logistics. A valid license to operate heavy equipment is a strong asset and will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.) for transporting materials, tools, and personnel between locations.

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and excavators, as required.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are road/legal and job-ready.

• Follow project schedules for deliveries and pickups, reporting any delays or issues immediately.

• Complete all logs, delivery records, and material sign-offs accurately.

• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols.

• Assist with loading/unloading and securing materials for transport.

• Report mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (General/Commercial license preferred)

• Proven experience as a driver and/or equipment operator in a construction environment

• Valid license/certification to operate heavy equipment is a plus

• Sound knowledge of road safety and construction site procedures

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required

• Good physical stamina and coordination

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
