Position Location: Port of Spain (POS)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Position Summary:
The Temporary Document Typist will provide support by accurately and efficiently typing legal documents during the absence of the regular secretary.
Key Responsibilities:
Type legal documents with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ensure all documents are properly formatted and comply with organizational standards.
Maintain confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple documents as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Familiarity with legal document formatting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duration: Temporary assignment for the period of [Insert Dates], covering the absence of the regular secretary.
