The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established standards. This role oversees the document control process, including proper filing, numbering, tracking, and distribution of documents and drawings across the project team. The Document Controller ensures that the electronic documentation database is consistently updated, prepares status reports for management, supports staff in using office facilities correctly, and coordinates the release of technical documents to relevant departments. The position also involves general administrative support related to document management and any additional duties assigned by the Company.
